The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8k9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 8k9 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 8k9 account at any time by contacting customer support. 8k9 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Deposits. 8k9 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 8k9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Note: 8k9 does not charge platform-side fees on GCash or PayMaya deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside 8k9's control.
5.1 General. 8k9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 10.2 8k9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
